- The CourtServe Technical Team use TeamViewer Remote Support to provide our clients with fast and effective technical support service, and in most cases, have you up and running without the need for a site visit.
- Teamviewer generates a session code and password that changes with every new session to prevent unauthorised access to a remote system. Security relevant functions like file transfer require additional, manual confirmation of the client. For data protection reasons it is not possible to control a computer invisibly.
