  • The CourtServe Technical Team use TeamViewer Remote Support to provide our clients with fast and effective technical support service, and in most cases, have you up and running without the need for a site visit.
  • Access and Protection

  • Teamviewer generates a session code and password that changes with every new session to prevent unauthorised access to a remote system. Security relevant functions like file transfer require additional, manual confirmation of the client. For data protection reasons it is not possible to control a computer invisibly.

  • Teamviewer remote support employs enterprise grade end-to-end encryption, using RSA 4096 private/public key exchange and AES (256 Bit) session encoding. With the use of a key exchange this guarantees full client-to-client data protection.
